Amanda Michele (she/they) is a multidisciplinary artist currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in photography and double minoring in performance and cinema studies. With a passion for storytelling, Amanda explores the interconnectedness of many art forms within her work. She is known for creating work based on her writing as well as other mediums that inspire her. While much of her current work is currently digital, Amanda has a strong passion for 35mm film and darkroom processing. She has trained closely in and out of the darkroom with photographers Craig Richards and Dianne Bos and has been featured in a group exhibition at the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. Amanda is excited to continue growing as an artist through meeting new creatives and gaining experience in and out of school.
